backstory.
It was the year 1998, a baby girl was born by the name of Hwang Jae Hui, or with her English name; Chrystine Freesia Devin S. Hwang. Her parents fondly called her "Jae" growing up. She was an only child and was greatly spoiled by her parents, but of course, she still humbly did things independently, knowing her limits. As a child, she hung out with her cousins mostly, acting like her brothers & sisters. One of them had a habit of taking pictures using his DSLR camera, hence influencing Jae as she grew up to capture memories, plus she was heavily influenced to start writing on a diary/journal. Hence, her love for stationery and the like.Jae studied Bachelor of Fine Arts, Major in Painting at the University of Sto. Tomas. She used her painting abilities to polish her skills in nail art, as it was one of her passions in life. She also enrolled herself in a nail art class, and graduated one of the top designers in the school. Once she had the means and graduated college, she pursued her life as a full-time nail tech, along with being a photographer and a part-time model, as she was always offered in modelling roles. She also has some acting experience as she was trained by a professional whilst getting trained as a model. But not all the times has it been rainbows and sunshines in the modelling industry... When she was just starting, she was disliked by some of her peers for being too pretty, because she was always chosen by the directors to shoot and was always praised. Yet, all of that never made her lose herself. She stayed true to herself and never let their words get to her. Thankfully, there were other models who befriended her and made her feel protected.Growing up to be a fine woman, her parents let her move out at the age of 18, letting her explore herself as he bought her first apartment right in Makati City. She opened up her own nail art and photography studio named Lilac Dreams Studio located at San Lorenzo, Makati City.
